The heavy duty where the ones I was looking at. I must have grabbed the wrong link. D'UH.

What about rim size, 15, 17, what are the advantages of each?
Thanks,
Jeff

rim size is dependant on tire size too....37-39, defnitely a 17" rim, helps with sidewall deflection at lower pressures and improves steering, without effecting footprint and ride.

IMO, 42+ would like a 20" rim, but those are rare...tires and rims....they do work nice on a 17 tho.

35-36, 16" or 17"....

35-under, 15"-16"...

IMO, do 17's regardless and expect to wish for bigger tires....I regret doing 15's on my 38.5 SX's since I almost immediately knew I'd be going bigger and wishing for bigger rims....

my rule of thumb for rim width is tire section width x .66.... a 13.5 section IROK likes an 8.91 rim, so I ended up close at 9.5". Holds pretty true for most things.
