which air con oil?

i know R 8 is what toyota specify. cant seem to get hold of it in the uk.

after ringing a couple of aircon shops and getting different answers, things seem to be, as ever, not straight forward..

pag 46 and poe 100 have been mentioned, can i have the definitive answer please?

Denso recommends ND8 oil which is PAG46 in R134a systems.
