Where is this rear seat from?

Hi,
Recently I bought myself a 1984 Toyota Hiace van. In the back there was rear seat but the owner said is was not original. Does anyone recognize this seat and can tell where it is from?

Looks like it's out of an old Chevy G10 van or something like that.

Does it lie flat?
