I just purchased my first FJ40. You will probably recognize her, the 1966 FST Dukes rescued from the desert. I look forward to tinkering with her and am sure to have many questions.

Awesome! Good luck with her! If I had to do it again, I would get a pre-67 so I could put whatever engine in it I wanted and not worry about it!

I spent 23 years in Japan, and many of those years were spent driving diesel Land Cruisers. I think I will be fine with the 1F and the three on the tree.

The diesels were fun, but I look forward to restoring Molly to near factory condition. Not shooting for a concours level but a nice clean stock look. Got several items to replace.
