That's called a "clevis link". Google under that or "chain fittings".

It seems like this is a common item in the off-road community in Australia, often sold with a drag chain.

Grainger has what they call a clevis link:

Watch the grade of the link. Check out it's working load limit (WLL). Will it work for your application? Plating like in the photo is reserved for grade 70 transport chain. I quickly found two, but they were both grade 40 so I did not link them.

A Crosby Eliminator chain fitting like pictured below could also be a good choice as it allows you to easily adjust length.
