Wheel Lock - Anyone know where i can buy a key?

I bought a used 2008 Landcruiser that had the spare on the ARB swing out bumper locked with the attached picture. Looks like the previous owner lost the key and someone attempted to drill the stud out. I would like to see if i can buy a key to remove spare and replace stud, but i have no idea what brand of lock this is.

Would you guys know ?

go to any tires shop and ask them to remove it , they will use an impact gun to remove it with a force . that what I did on all my locks when I lost my.
