How much its worth depends on very much where you are. The 1PZ engine is a 5 cyl version of the 6cyl 1HZ
The 77 series is a 4dr wagon version of the same construction as all the other heavy duty 70 series and is top quality.
The 1PZ have a 2 piece flywheel and use a smaller gearbox similar to those found in 4runner or hilux.
If its start easy when cold with minimal smoke consider it good. It should run fairly clean when warmed up,if not ask when the injectors were last done. They should have been done at 100000klms.
Timing belt should also have been one at 100000klms,dont ignore it
If the body and underneath is good also ,have your money ready to pay the man.
