what is this plug? two wires, one blue, one black red stripe

ok this plug has two wires, one solid blue and one black with a red stripe. it's hooked up to all this vacuum stuff. what does it do and if i'm to re-pin this plug what wire goes where? this is a 92 dlx p/u with a 3.0

looked at my cousin's truck and found out that the blue wire goes to the bottom terminal
 
Looks like a VSV (Vacuum Switch Valve)

Possibly the A/C Idle Up VSV. My electrical diagram for a 90-95 4runner with 3.0 has Black-Red for one pin and Lavender for the other.

FSMs with wiring diagrams can be found in the FAQ thread. Often the same colors and uses are found between different Toyota vehicles.
 
yeah i found the link to the FSM while searching around. i was stoked when i started looking through it.
