What is this Buzzer ?!?! (1 Viewer)

On my recently purchased 73 FJ55 there is a buzzer mounted just below the steering column above my right knee. It sounds like a dying bumble bee.
It has 2 wires connected to it. What is this thing for?

Take the thing down and look at it....most of them say right on them what they are.
