What is the "Like" icon about?

I see a blue icon beside the Clubhouse butoon that shows a "thumbs up" with the word "Like."
What does it mean, please?

Facebook...I use FB a lot to promote stuff on the forum, and some folks 'like' FB but don't participate on the forum....cross marketing
