Working on a deal locally for some black 18" TRD's like these with Michelin LTXs. Tires are said to be 50% worn, and wheels in good condition.

I didn't see any in the classified section to compare. Is $500 fair?

I would say $400-600.00 with the tires at 50% the tires are not really worth much at that point.
I would say a new set of take off wheels with new/nearly new tires seem to go for about $900-1000.00 around my area.

I have a relative who works at the local Toyota/Lexus dealer and he said these particular wheels aren't usually taken off. Otherwise, he could purchase brand new ones with new tires at a discount. Sounds like dealers in other regions take these off more regularly.

$100 - $150 sounds about the price to use if you want to sell them quickly. Any higher than that, you may be sitting on them for awhile.

That's a fair price. Direct take offs (w/ new tires) sit on CL for months at the $1k price point.

If you get the lugs nuts plus TPMS (I don't think they work with the LCs), that's a bonus.

I’d ignore the value of tires because unless they are essentially new they’re not worth much. For OEM takeoffs, I think $100/wheel is a great deal, $150 is market, $200+ is high.
This is right, around here. I just paid $700 for 4 nearly new TRDs (same as your photo) with good 80%+ tires that are a good type and size for my immediate needs. Lug nuts, mounted and balanced, but no TPMS. The style looks OK to me on the TLC.

I would like 17" rims, but it isn't a good time for that regarding wheel choices and budget conditions since I want to have 2-3 mounted sets.

It is all about your market. I see those sets in WA frequently for under $500. Here are a few sets for $250 that are too far from you, but I'd think if you search within driving distance of you (look at searchtempest.com) you may do a bit better:
Toyota Tundra 18 TRD Off Road Wheels
2014 Tundra wheels and tires

$500 is pretty reasonable IMO but you can probably do better if you are patient. I wanted a second set for winter, so I waited til I found a set that included TPMS sensors too.

Usually tons of these for sale on Craigslist.
Agree with others that the tires are not worth much.

Here’s a good price example, though Matt’s description of the price range was right on for I typically see on Craigslist (while scouring for Rock Warriors).
