It's under the passenger front seat mounted to the bracket for rear heat

I'm trying to figure out why my rear doors open don't trigger any lights, no door open alert and aren't recognized by the alarm (but will unlock with fob, doors just lock again after 30 seconds if you open a rear because it doesn't sense them). Since i have the whole interior apart now is a good time to start seeing what different parts do.

I have no idea about that relay, but pretty sure the door switches head straight up to the dome lights, nowhere else (ground switched on). Need to clean those up or replace to get door activated dome function working.

Brand new door switches. Dome works when 'on' not at 'door', also don't have the door lights. It's like the rear half of the truck is dead except locks/windows work and dome works on the switch.
