Yea Noah, or I could put some really small but very wide tires with spacers, so the tire sticks way out the fender. then hang some dingel berries around the overhead. For the back window I can put my last name in old english lettering. Then drive it wearing a bandanna pulled down over my eyes. Freaking awsome!!!! Thats what I am going to do....

The good news is I let my wife drive the beast last night and she wants one now! The bad thing is I can see it comming why does yours have more than mine or why this and why that....
you just might be in luck.....I am selling one with round headlights...

You can give her the automatic FJ62 and you could step up and buy my FJ60 - who wants an square headlights anyway....besides a :princess:

:D

Here are some pictures of the newely purchased FJ62. I only paid $1350.00 for her. I need new tires and rims, and to stop the rust. Other than that she runs and drives pretty good. I have a long hard road ahead of me but I am looking forward to it.

YEEEEE HAAAAAAA!!!!!!! :flipoff2:

Enjoy this pictures... Let me know what you think.

Nice Rig! Factory two tone FJ62's are way cool. You definitely need new wheels - sorry, but those are hideous! The factory wheels are actually much better looking than those. If you want wheeling tires, I'd recommend black steel rock crawlers in 15x8. You need 3.5" or less of backspacing to clear all the brake and steering parts.

My rig with 33x10.5x15 BFG A/T's on 15x8 black steel rockcrawlers from FJ60.com, which fit very well. My lift is Old Man Emu medium:

Yooper, I have to agree with you about the old school 5 star rims. I thought they were OEM (Other Ethnic Manufacture) :flipoff2: . I just got it so give me time. Do I need a lift to put 33x10.5x15 BFG A/T's on my rig? How do thoes BFG hold up off road? Mud? Dirt? Rock?

zcruiser, my truck came from Chicago.

batman, you can run the 33x10.5 on the road with stock suspension if you don't hit any speed bumps or steer too hard. 33x9.5 will rub a lot less, but still too much for wheeling. 31's would work great.

The BFG All Terrains in 33x10.5 are the best choice for an all around tire on a 60 series wagon. Great on the road, no complaints at all there. Great in the rain. Pretty good in the snow. Good on dirt. Mediocre at best in the mud. Horrible in loose sand. If you want real mud tires that also work well on road, the BFG MT's are a good choice and come in that size. Goodyear MT/R's and Swamper Trxus MT's are also nice, but only come in 33x12.5, which will rub a bit, especially the Swampers, even with a mild lift like the OME medium.

Are you single Yooper? A few toys like these cost a bit of money to restore and upkeep.

How should I stop the rust? I am not worried about the looks I just want to stop it. Then I will go in a weld some sheet metal in the hole and then cover it with fender flairs or something like that,
i will have to see when I get there..
