Ok, for the lack of a better description I'm going to call them support arm bushings. The 2 arms that come back from the front end that support the front axle etc. Anyway they are rattleing everytime I go over a bump. It's usually just the bushings that need to be repaced in other rucks is this the case with a TLC? what is the cost to replace and is a DIY job?
 
Sounds like you're refering to your sway bar. Can you post a pic?
 
If you are going to look, Grab a hold of the sway bar, Its about the diameter of a quarter and try to move it up and down by hand.
Are you having any steering or wandering issues?

Forgot to mention, I hear my rear sway bars more than I did in the front

Not that i've noticed. Just the rattle or its more like a clunk under the floor boards you know
