The mirrors make me think it could be a Central American model. They didn't have the round mirrors like the US '55's had.

One of the main reasons I was up, a buddies annual cabin party. His cabin is up past Rainbow lodge, and the view out the front door is of the north east end of Goat Island.
Rob really needs to finish his boat, that baby would rock on Powell Lake.

It probably is. I am the second owner, the family I bought it off made regular trips down that way. It's hard to see, but on the window is a big sticker that has some official stuff on it about Guatemala.

hey, its still there.

Yup its still there. We tried starting it, and it was turning over quite well but never did start. I really need to do something with this, there are some nice parts on it still, but as with most 55's its rotting out pretty fast.
