Weber carb questions

I have an 81 truck that came with a weber carb. There are two vacuum lines on my distributer. Do both lines go to the one vacuum port on the carb? Or does one go to a manifold vacuum source? Also the electric choke is not hooked up. Does this get connected to any 12v ignition on source? I read the weber installation instructions but they were not very helpful.

Use the vacuum line outlet on the distributor closet to the radiator only. Plug the other. The choke hooks up to any 12V wire that has power when the ignition is on.
