Thanks to a few of my friends here in Memphis and a few hours on a beautiful Saturday...my new IPOR bumper is now on the 80...and it looks great!

I picked up the IPOR bumper with the dual 4x4 Labs Swingouts. I had the tire carrier mounted on the driver side and the ladder on the passenger side. I also had them add some extra side protection for the rear quarter panels. I have to say that I am impressed by the construction and it was a simple "bolt-on" install. Everything lined up. The only thing missing were the "pads" for the clasps to hit against to snug the bumper up. So, we improvised, made a few rubber pads...and bolted them on...problem solved. I will get some more pictures as soon as I can drive and get it outside.

Now on to the pictures:

I have them, just not installed yet. Since I am not heading to Cruise Moab; I think I am going to take a few days off at the end of this month...drive up to my parents' house in Virginia and drop the truck off at Iron Pig and let those guys install the gears, lockers, and a few other items.

I love it when a plan comes together!

I am cleared to drive...just not off-road yet. My doctor is concerned that any unnecessary bouncing around could mess up his "sexy" work. Seriously, he is a funny guy and refers to the manner in which he put the rods, screws, and plates in as "very sexy" work.

My next appointment is May 18th so, I should be cleared to go off-road at that time.
