Hey Mudders,
We wanted to take a quick moment to thank all of you who grabbed one of our Heritage HD Clutch Kits earlier this year. The response was incredible — the near 100-kit batch we built back in late spring sold out faster than we expected.

If you missed out, here's some good news:
During the process of building new late-model kits for 2RZ-FE, 3RZ-FE, and 5VZ-FE trucks ('95–'04 Tacoma, 4Runner, and T100), we uncovered a small stash of older clutch components buried with our remaining late-model parts. Enough, in fact, to hand-build a bonus batch of early-model 22R / 22R-E kits ('81–'92) — 13 Stage 1 and 7 Stage 2 kits total.
The Back Story
In the late '90s, Marlin invented the hybrid clutch kit — mixing and matching the strongest pressure plates, toughest hubs, and most durable friction discs from multiple OEM suppliers to create a clutch that could actually survive rock crawling.
We kept that tradition alive through the early 2000s, until supply chains (and COVID) shut down our importer and scattered our remaining inventory.
Now, after a massive warehouse sort, we've matched enough parts to bring these legendary clutches back — one last time.
Each Kit Includes:

Thanks again to everyone who's supported this project and helped bring back a little piece of Toyota off-road history. If you've already installed one of these kits, we'd love to see your feedback or photos below — it's awesome to see these back in action after all these years.
