I have a wet passenger floor board everytime it rains. I mean wet to. It takes one full size thick beach towel to soak up most the water and then another to get the rest. I have chased this for hours with a hose and cannot recreate.

I pulled a bunch of stuff off the passenger side door and kick panel to locate the leak.

Sun roof drains appear clear and I can see the water running down the clear tubing at the kick panel.

I looked at the factory roof rack feet as I heard they are supsect but could not conclude anything from a visual inspection.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

If the sunroof drains are clear, Perhaps a poor seal on the winshield ?

I have the above issue with my 100... When Its pouring rain, I have water running down the inner side of my A-pillar, then down the RH side of the dash. I suspect its due to the aftermarket w/s thats installed on mine :frown:

One of these days I will re-seal it, but for now..
Its a good thing we dont get much rain down here ! :D

So when you let a hose run on the roof on the sun roof, and watch the water run down the drains in the kick panel, can you also see the water exiting the vehicle from those drains?
Is any water running down the outside of the drain tube?
Just to make sure, can you get a compressor on the ends of the drain tubes and blow back up them to ensure they are clear?
Have you tried a sprinkler set up spraying on the windscreen when you are in the vehicle and try to see any water leaking down anywhere.
If you tape up the rear vents with duct tape and run a compressor hose into the vehicle and turn it on and pressurize the cabin, you may be able to hear air escaping around the windscreen from the outside.

I'd guess it's the windshield. Mine does it too. There's a gap along the right side of the w/s which is pretty noisy when at highway speeds. And the passenger floorboard gets soaked in the rain. The water runs behind the dash and drips out at the bottom edge.

I have rubber floormats, and found that stuffing the corner of a t-shirt under the dash keeps the carpet dry. It just wicks the water out and onto the floormat.

I really need to get off my :pig: a$$ and get the windshield fixed.

You can also use 2" wide painters tape and seal your sunroof on the outside. If your leak stops, the problem is likely sunroof related.
