I have the bumper to bumper but it doesn't cover brakes and rotors. It will cover certain issues with the calipers. If I take the calipers off and lube the pin will that void my warranty?

no

You can't void your warrantee for doing maintenance work. You can for modification or abuse. The pins have to be pulled to change out the pads so they get removed often

you should lube your rear pins with a silicone grease as that will not brake down the pin boots, I can get the Toyota p/n for the caliper grease if you would like.

the fronts I don't recommend lubing as the grease will just collect dust and dirt and cause the pads to hang up on the pins, your better pulling them off and cleaning them up with a wire wheel
