where do you go for spare parts for warn winches? Can one buy direct? called the local off road warehouse and they had no clue and did not want to order...

Iver ordered rebuild kits for the 8274 from a local autoparts supplier. Some warehouse distribution centers stock warn parts. There are quite a few online retailers too. http://www.warnserviceparts.com
you can find a local dealer through warn.com or call and ask them. I think someone posted a site for solenoids which were cheaper than warn replacements.
