For those in the Kansas City area, more specifically the east side of town. A store called Cargo Largo has 1" Warn Shackles on sale for $12.99 a piece, from what I have seen on the internet they go for 17-19 as high as 21 a piece. I bought 3 at that price and they have another dozen or so.
Cargo Largo is located on the west side of Noland Road at 35th street, just west of the rail road tracks in Independence Mo. The shackles are located at the back of the store in the automotive section.
