warn powermate truck bed winch

I just picked up a warn powermate winch from a friend. He had everything but the bed mounts. Warn doesnt make this accessory anymore and for the life of me after days of web searching I have given up. Even if I could get a close up pic of the mounts for fabrication purposes would be helpful, but that too has been unsuccessful. Any help would sure be appreicated.Thanks!
