Cleaning the garage I realize I am not going to get to rebuilding the winches I have collected for some time. I got three Warn 8274s in various states of disrepair but I believe there is more than enough there to make a good one. I have never tried to run them. The drum plate is off two of them and not in the pic but I have them. One is a 4 prong, the other is a 6 prong and the last is a mickey mouse control set-up. There are no control cables. Looking for $350 for all three or trade for a good chain saw or partial trade for a RTT or an Arb Fridge (or similar).
I also have an old Warn 5271. The brake needs to be rebuilt and I don't know what else. It is hot and I just discovered I can drink good beer again, so I take 24 tall cans of Bavaria for that.
