warn 8274 winch

motor works. cable, remote and hawse fairlead included. i also have another 8274 for parts including motor, gears and box, spool and some parts of the brake assembly. the winch not pictured is actually in much better shape than the one in the pictures

none of this has ever been used by me personally aside from testing the motor in the picture.

$275usd for everything. will entertain any intereseting trade offers.

also, i can get an endplate for about $75 and a complete brake assembly for $55 if that makes any difference. with those two items, there should be a fully functioning 8274 + extra parts remaining.

you say the motor works, does the drum turn and work fine. (goes in and out with motor power like its supposed to). Does the other winch have the endplate.
also are the major parts for the brake on the other one or have pics of it.

i dunno, i guess it was cracked. i didn't do it.

give it a quick test, didnt even notice the brake shaft, does the other winch have one in good order. Snap a pic of the other one. Will still take them.

yes, the motor in the pic works. this is my first experience with a winch and i was just going by the 8274 rebuild link on pirate. the brake shaft turns, but i can't get the rope spool to spin. pics very soon to follow
