Who is the best online supplier for the rebuild kits for the Warn 8274?
Need both;
lower housing kit
brake service kit
also need 3 terminal boots

I got all my 8274 rebuild parts from warnserviceparts.com and my terminal boots from a local alternator shop.

Old thread but timely. I need Warn part # 38845 but I have the control cable (I need the 4-solenoid pack). WarnServiceParts has moved to WinchServiceParts.com. 38845 is $282.75 ($250 on Ebay). Anyone know where I can get just the solenoid box? Got a good one used?

That's a brand new controller and solenoid for $218. Not all that bad.
