well good or bad,still work and stop very good,,that little grease help for the water and mud on the pad..not a big deal at all.

Damn Dude, I aplauad you for doing all that work but greasing your brakes! Rub a little on your drums or discs, Yeah, that will keep the water out and as for the heat dissapating the excess grease, yeah it will do that as well, it will soak it deeper into the friction material and ooze it out of the housing.
You just think its working, the only thing holding any load on that rig is the ratchet pawl.
Hey, 4WD Toyota Owner Magazine May/June 2009, did an article on rebuilding your 8274, it was done at the WARN FACTORY and picture # 17 says " DONT GREASE THE BALL BEARINGS!" The Brake Part kit #P/N8409 comes with instructions on how to install all the parts.
You should read it.
