Wanted Wanted: 2 x FJ40 Cabin Dome Light Covers...

I have managed to find a second cabin dome light at the wreckers and decided to mount it opposite the existing one - so that both sides light according to the switch position of the driver's one.

I could not get the dome cover with the light housing and my existing driver's one has become browned from heat...

Therefore I am seeking two of the covers that fit the side wall mounted cabin lights for my 1983 BJ42LX - should be standard for all the 40 series of that general era.

Part is listed at SOR but will cost a fortune to ship two...

Part # 2...

My existing one has Door/Off/On and the one on the opposite side doesn't matter but it is an on/off one only.

Brilliant minds think alike. I have been running a passenger side stock light in both my 77&78 drivers for years. In the 77,I al
so put one over the rear door. Thinking also of mounting one in the lower dash area.
