Wanted Want a Tire Winch

I need a good working tire winch system for my 101 trailer. Steel Chain system. Any brand will do.
It seems here locally all of them are stripped as soon as they hit the gunk yards. Not sure why. NEED IN A HURRY.... My trailer is going to the welder tomorrow.
