I have just begun to hook up electrical connections on My BJ 42, and I have been able to get it to crank but my batteries are low and die quick with the glow plugs hooked up.
My problem is that now when I hook my battery terminals up my voltage regulator just clicks and I do not hear my starter solenoid anymore.
Any ideas?

as IM not sure i have the glow plug wiring correct
