My wife's family and I are in Ruidoso. Very nice little city. I was wondering if anyone lived near here, also strange request but if someone had a club sticker that would be awesome to add to my 100 when I get back home. I can mail one back when I get there! Thanks guys hope your run goes well!
There are a few regulars on this forum from the Las Cruces and El Paso area but for the most part our club members are all in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe area. I spend a lot of time in Ruidoso because my in-laws have a place there but I'm not there right now.
If you need a suggestion for a good place to eat with some authentic Mexican and New Mexican food, go to a place called Comal. It's a hole-in-the-wall kind of place in the little plaza called The Gazebo on Sudderth, just a little east of Country Club Dr. My favorites are Enmoladas (chicken enchiladas covered in mole sauce) and Mexico City Tacos (sauteed beef and jalapenos eaten in a soft corn tortilla).

My ex girlfriends mom had a nice place called " a taste of europe" in Roswell. that was over 10 yrs ago so i dont know if its still around. Pretty good food, memories of it are better than the ex-girlfriend.
