Here's a 30-year commerative 9.5mm (3/8") drive ratchet made by KTC. Possibly produced to mark the 30th anniversary of the Shizuoka plant, or maybe for the 30th anniversary of the Shizuoka Toyota dealership? Just not certain. Wish I knew the history. Nice gold tone and comes in a cool little presentation tube.

@Brost, regarding your question about the eBay tool bag. The bag, open-end wrenches, pliers, and screwdriver are not period correct for a 69. A 69 kit would be a canvas tool roll which included a different variation of wrenches, pliers, and three wood-handled screwdrivers. It would also have included the 250mm wrench, but you'd have to see the opposite side of the one on eBay to see the markings. The 69 roll also included a 1 lb hammer and a set of 5 or 6 open-end wrenches banded together by a steel blue clip. Also would included grease gun. Looks like the spark plug wrench is correct the the 69.

Here's a link to the best tool thread out there. Has some great pics of what a 69 roll would look like. A ton of research was done by wscbill and several others to put it together. Hats off to them.
