This is only the third one of these I’ve come across in the last several years. Original unused condition, but the red and yellow colors on the box have faded to essentially just black and white. @Cruiser804 , my best guess is late 60's to mid-70s. I have an old Toyota accessory price list with the part number of the chamois, but I haven't been able to date the price list either.
