Victory 4x4 skid plates, help needed

Have a hard time putting in the victory 4x4 skid plates to my LX. The cross member needs widening on 3 spots, and NO instructions whatsoever, the link to YouTube is not clear on the spacers and stuff.

Anyone has Victory 4x4 skid plates installed pls share. Do I need the spacers?

Just put in cross member and need to finish the rest.

I assume this is the video your talking about.
AFAIK You need all the parts. It doesn't come with extra stuff. (maybe hardware, but not spacers)
Did you put the spacers in on top of the bolts when doing the crossmember like said at 1:10-1:32?
