vf1a transfer case - requesting fill and drain plug torque settings

I have a 1992 Toyota Pickup, Xtracab, V6, manual transmission with the VF1A transfer case.

I am looking for the torque settings on the VF1A transfer case specifically for the fill and drain plugs?

I just looked through my manual and couldn't find a torque value.
They really don't need to be that tight. I usually shoot for snug +
