you will have the same problem with the exaugst run on the out side of the frame thats how mine is and the cat sits right under me, very hot in there. i am going to try some heat reflective shield on the under side of the tub.

X2 on the heat shield. X? on verifying both heaters are off. X200 on removing the top!

Well, after a good long drive here in south Texas on a hot sunny Saturday after noon I think I'll try and remove both rear and front heaters and see what (if any) difference it might make. It's 2:27am and it's pouring rain again, thus the reason I've been hesitant to take off the hard top. I know we need the rain, but damn this is like every other day! Can any one post a good link as to where you can buy some dynomat (sp?)?

look in the vendor market place. there is a sponser called second skin. there stuff is really good so buy from them cause they sponser mud. good luck
