I know samurais and some full size fords came with divorced transfer cases from the factory, but did any other vehicles? any nissans or isuzus?? anything you can think of?

or does anyone know of any vehicles that come with t-cases that are easily adapted to being divorced? i know toyotas and np205s are easy to divorce with after market parts. any others?

Early 60's chevy trucks had a divirced TC behind an sm420, later some had the NP205 as a divorced case, I have a 63 chevy with a divorced case.

hmm....

thanks for all the info....I'm looking for something more affordable than a G-wagen, and a little smaller than a full size Ford....

any year monteros or troopers or pathfinders, anything like them ever have divorced cases? thanks again!

sammies

yea, samurai is too tiny...haha...i'm being picky. thanks though.

and lowenbrau, you don't have any pics of your International do ya? i love those things....

My woodhauler, '68 F250 Highboy has a Dana model 21 case. The front driveline is the longest of the three.

I owned a 1968 Dodge WM300 Power Wagon with a divorced case. I believe it was a Dana 200??? What a truck. The only thing more iconic, imho, would be a 45 series Land Cruiser or maybe a whistler turbo M35A1 2 1/2 ton with one of its rear axles removed. Sorry for straying...

I skipped your first line of your post haha. Yeah I wouldn't use one for about anything other than in a sami.
