I discovered I have the valley leak at 158k on my 09 LX. I think because of traveling and elk hunting I am going to have to pay to have it done. While they are in there should I have anything else addressed? I don’t have records of the water pump or starter and have those on my to do. H20 pump shoes no signs of leaking and have it and a new rad. In my storage unit and planned on replacing them this winter.

Flight got in late last night and don’t usually post from phone. Sorry for the confusing grammar, I am not seeing the edit button. And really have tight time lines on getting this done.
With 158k if its your original water pump I would change it but would guess its been done somewhere along the line. There is no real crossover with the starter on these as its not under the valley and is under the truck.

Thanks, yeah water pump is on list of to do as I don’t know. I was going to do myself but if it saves few hours of labor. I might as well have it done while it’s open.
If not much is saved I’ll do it after hobby season.
