Wanted Vacuum Switch

I need a vacuum switch for my FJ60, i'm sure others will work though. I was checking the vacuum lines and one of the ports just snapped off. Nice. It's one of the switches that has only two vacuum lines connected to it (nothing coming out of the back).

Please help, my truck isn't working so good without it.
