Do you know if the sunroof would still function completely with this rack on (for an 80)?

If you're careful with the placement you can retain full use of the sunroof with the rack at its lowest height. The only issue is that if you're not careful your sunroof might hit one of the crossbars when you tilt it up. This is all with the rack at its lowest height setting though(the feet are adjustable). At the higher settings there is absolutely no problem whatsoever.
I should mention that the sunroof is obviously obstructed by the rack in an access sense. i.e. the rack does extend over the sunroof completely. You can still get daylight, but you could not climb in and out for example.
