gm crate 350 with serpentine kit, truck avenger carb, hei dist, block hugger headers, aluminum intake, centerforce duel friction clutch, aa bellhousing adapter to nv4500 with new bearings and synchros, aa adapter for nv4500 to t-case. everything is in north mississippi. $3500

how can i tell which nv4500 it is? the tcase adapter is for a 78 model. right now i don't want to split it up so it's a package deal. I don't mind helping a little with the delivery. when sold i'll be driving to little rock and could haul it in that direction if anybody over there is interested.

If it's GM there should be an 8-digit code number on it (e.g. 15960760). If you post it maybe we can find it in the AA nv4500 booklet.

If you decide to split it up I would like to make an offer on the bellhousing.
thanks,
theo

i'll look for the code tonight and post it. i believe it came out of a dodge. it was bolted to a 2f when i bought it and i had to replace the input shaft with one to fit a sbc. the guy at aa said what i had was for a heavy duty dodge deisel, but i'll look for the code anyway.

I may also need a Dodge input shaft! Still have it?

Sounds good. If you find it will you measure the diameter and count the splines? Should be 1 1/8" 10 spline with 3/4" diameter pilot bearing surface. And it should be an inch longer than the GM one you used.

I haven't decided for sure which way I will go for my nv4500 conversion, but the most attractive so far looks like a plate adaptor to my old bellhousing. For that I need the longer Dodge input shaft. Sure would be grateful if you came up with it, but if you can't it's not a worry. They're available new for not too much.

many thanks,
theo
