I know everything about that title sounds contradictory. Urban camping what the hell. Hockey in the desert. Is there even such a thing. But yes there is urban camping and even more so there is ice hockey being played in the desert. My son is having an ice hockey tournament at the Coyotes Community Ice Center in Mesa this weekend from Friday mid day to Sunday morning and I really don't want to make three trips to the valley of the sun in one weekend, especially with the price of gas. So I was wondering if anyone had a pop up or camp trailer that wasn't in use this weekend if I could borrow/rent for the weekend? I thought about a RTT but my daily won't support one and my wife most likely won't let me take her highlander and Uma is still down for the count. An other option I had in mind was to couch crash but that seems highly unlikely.
