Upload of file failed. !!!!:(

I've tried several times to upload a pic to be my "profile pic".
I've reduced the size twice (now 20Kb).
I've also tried different pictures.
I still get the message "Upload of file failed"!
Any suggestions?

i have this same problem i try to upload but no go. My file is a jpeg. What is the file size cap?
