Is there supposed to be a rubber seal here where the square holes are? If so anyone know the part number? I tried searching and no luck. I ordered what I thought was it but was actually the hood to cowl seal. Thanks.

Some of those square holes are used for mounting the OEM bug deflector. Most of them - maybe 5? I can't recall offhand.
