Undercarriage rust pre-purchase?

A dealer down south has this '08 LX I am interested in. Truck spent three years in Ohio, rest of the time in Nashville. I asked the dealership for some undercarriage pics and they sent over these.

180k miles, asking $20k for the truck. Very good service records.

What do you all think? I hate rust with a passion.

I don't see any significant rust to speak of... a little road grime / clay residue.
Looks pretty clean for being nearly 12 years old.

Not enough rust there to concern me.

If you hate rust, you’ll have a little work to do to clean that up, but it’s fine As far as corrosion and fasteners go.
