Have had a new crank, rods, pistons and rings under my bed waiting for the day i build another 383 Chevy.
I could use the money elsewhere so it is for sale.
Aftermarket externally balanced cast crank, .040 over hypereutectic flattop pistons /w file fit rings,
6" H beam rods.

Nothing wrong with the two bolt main block as long as the caps are tight in the block.
There are hundreds of two bolt blocks making good power racing hobby stock and claimer class all over.
Builders like Smokey Yunick and Grumpy Jenkins say the two bolt SBC is good for up to 500 HP.
And the only small block Ford with 4 bolt mains that i know of is the Boss 302, and there are plenty of very stout Fords about.
