U-Pol tintable shooting light color

After all the + reviews of U-Pol, I decided to shoot the interior of my '79 Olive fj40. The liner is great, but the color is much lighter than the brownish-greenish 653 OEM color. The tint I added was a perfect match to 653. I did follow the mixing ratio instructions correctly. Any ideas why the liner is shooting so light?

EDIT: It helps to get tint WITHOUT reducer!!! Problem solved.

Can you post some pics? I am planning on going with the upol "raptor" in black but if the color looks better maybe I will go with that. Thanks. Mark
