just wondering what a smooth running 40's guages will typically be located, at normal operating temp.?

mine seem to be a little wonky lately... usually temp (ideally) for me is just below the first line, and up until a few days ago the ammeter would stay just above the centre line but now it it is dead on the centre. my oil pressure guage is busted so when i fix it it would be nice to know what looks normal :)

so please, somebody, snap a pic or describe what your readings are... TIA

my temp gauge is always close to the first line.
the ammeter is in the plus-area right after starting; after a few minutes right in the middle (zero).
the oil gauge is close to the second line with cold engine and drops to the middle when warmed up. Depends on rpm's though. But never below the first line.
