Two speed rear heater

Looking thru the Haynes manual it shows the rear heater as a two speed on some early seventies Land Cruisers. Anyone owning a 72/73 does the rear heater have two speeds? Are ther two heater switches on the dash? I may have a chance at getting one but it's not local. Hate to make a short road trip only to find it's one speed. Also wondering how hard it the rear heater wiring harness to pull.

My 72 is a one speed... one switch, on or off. The front/main heater is a two speed. The motor on the rear heater could probably go two speed with the right switch, it's just a simple motor.

I guess I am no help then... ha!

Ran that overdrive you sold me today on the highway. Worked great. (I don't get much chance to go fast in the little town I live in.)

Only two speed rear heaters are early 40/45lvs that I have seen? Maybe a 69 and earlier thing?
