Turn Signal Upgrade....ABS/VSC lights on when headlights turn on?

Howdy-

This weekend I added some clear corner turn signals that came with new bulbs and mounts. OEM is a 1157A ('00 LC), these are 7440s. After just "plug and play", I get hyper flash when the headlights are on.... So I added resistors. I bridged the black/green to white on the drivers side and the green/yellow to white on passenger. This corrected the hyperflashing... However, when the headlights are on, the ABS, VSC OFF, and VSC TRAC come on. Headlights off, no warning lights.

I did a bunch of research on here and ordered the DEWHEL 81980-50030 066500-4650 flasher relay found in another thread- Should be here Wednesday.

Did I bridge the wrong wires with the resistors? Or is something else happening?

UPDATE:

Removed the resistors. Headlights on, hyperflash. Headlights off, turn signals flash at a normal rate, but the opposite side signal illuminates very slightly.

By removing the resistors, the ABS/VSC OFF/VSC TRAC lights have disappeared.
